Scottish Rite Musical Organizations

Support the music programs of the Scottish Rite through your participation in the Orchestra or Chorus. Rehearsals are Monday evenings at the Cathedral at 7:30 p.m. September through April.

The Scottish Rite Chorus is directed by Sam Lawson, 32°, and managed by Robert E. LaGrange, 32°, MSA.

The Scottish Rite Orchestra is directed by Ill. Jeffrey S. Warbinton, 33°, Conductor, and John S. Hague, 32°, Assistant Conductor.

Our Carillonneurs/Organists are Ill. Marvin L. Rees, 33°, and John R. Winkler, 32°, MSA.

The Scottish Rite Orchestra and Chorus will present free concerts for Scottish Rite members, Master Mason guests, their families and friends.

Friday September 28, 2018 – 2:00 p.m.
For this second appearance at the Scottish Rite Cathedral, Donnie Rankin at the magnificent pipe organ will be accompanying the original 1925 silent movie masterpiece, “The Phantom of the Opera.” Tickets $10 each. Donations benefit the Organ Fund.
